Online Access & MyGP App

Did you know that you can book your appointments, order medication and even view your medical records online?

The practice has recently started to use a new App that can be downloaded to your smartphone to enable you to manage your healthcare online.

In order for you to start using this service, you need to ensure we have your correct mobile phone number, if this is incorrect on our records, it will prevent you from completing the registration process.

The MyGP App will allow you to book appointments for you and any dependants you may wish to include.

You can also register for Patient Facing Services via Patient which integrates with the MyGP app, this is more secure so lets you access more facilities, such as viewing your medical records and ordering medication.

IPlato is the software that integrates with the MyGP app and also enable to practice to send out Text message reminders to all patients who have an up to date mobile number recorded on their clinical record with the Practice.
