We would like to restart our Patient Participation Group (PPG) who will meet regularly to discuss current issues, suggest improvements and pass on feedback and comments about the services the Practice provides.
We want our patients to be able to help us plan our services and for them to be involved in their own healthcare.
There will be various Practice staff in attendance at the PPG Meetings, usually a GP and a member of the admin team. Meetings will have a planned agenda and will be kept short and concise. We aim to plan them around the most convenient times for our patient representatives.
We want to involve patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample; we need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups. If you would like to have the opportunity to have your say and be involved in the future plans for the surgery then please come along to our next meeting.
